What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), job details you post including photos and postcode, tradesperson business information, messages sent through the platform, reviews, and payment records for lead purchases.
Why we use it
To operate the marketplace: matching jobs to suitable tradespeople, processing lead payments, enabling messaging and reviews, preventing fraud and abuse, and meeting our legal obligations.
Sharing your details
When a tradesperson purchases a lead for your job, your name, contact details and job information are shared with that tradesperson so they can quote. We never sell personal data.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Retention
We keep job and account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, refunds and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll respond within one month.
